COOKEVILLE – Surpassing customer service expectations in the construction field can present many challenges and obstacles. Ceco Building Systems, one of the country’s leading pre-engineered building manufacturers, maintains a President’s Advisory Council to find solutions to those concerns, and local contractor Justin Cumby was recently appointed to that group.

“Ceco is one of the industry’s leading metal building companies, so it’s a privilege to be named to the advisory council,” said Cumby, president of J. Cumby Construction. “We’ve had a strong relationship with Ceco Buildings for nearly 10 years, putting their pre-engineered buildings to use in many projects. Having a seat on the council provides a voice for not only J. Cumby Construction, but also the clients for whom we’re using the various metal panel and frame systems.”

The Ceco President’s Advisory Council is composed of contractors and builders from Ceco’s four regional areas located across the country. Cumby represents the South region and was appointed for a three-year term.

“Justin represents what we look for in members of the President’s Advisory Council,” said Tom DeBerry, Ceco’s district sales manager for Tennessee and a Cookeville resident. “He’s always very involved with his clients on a personal level, fully understanding their needs and concerns. There have been several times in the past when he’s brought a challenge to us based on his clients’ feedback, and we’ve worked together to find solutions. Justin’s input will be invaluable.”
