Construction is underway on Rib City’s new Interstate Drive location. The barbecue eatery recently announced it’s relocating to Restaurant Row, having outgrown its current location on West Jackson Street.
The new 4,500-square-foot facility will include more space, both in the dining area and kitchen. Cookeville-based J. Cumby Construction has been selected as the contractor. It’s set for a summer completion.
