Urgent care clinic moves to larger location

COOKEVILLE – Cookeville Regional Medical Center is relocating its urgent care clinic to a larger location – just six months after its debut.

Cookeville Regional Urgent Care will open at 340 N. Cedar Ave. in Cookeville at 11 a.m. Sunday, March 12, the former location of Dr. George Ivey’s office and just across from the hospital’s emergency room, on the corner of Cedar and Fourth Street.

The clinic first opened in September at 201 W. Fifth St. Services include walk-in care for minor injuries and illnesses, prevention and wellness care, DOT physicals, sports physicals, and more. Lab services will be available on-site. The clinic is opened extended and weekend hours (7 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday-Friday and 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Sundays).
