COOKEVILLE – The Goodwill Career Solutions center in Cookeville is hosting two job fairs next week for two employers looking to fill several positions.
The first job fair will take place from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Monday, June 9, for D.P. Personnel. The company is looking to fill several positions in Sparta. Openings include machinists, assembly workers, material handlers, quality inspectors, sorters and welders. These positions pay up to $10 an hour.
The second job fair is from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Tuesday, June 10, for Wise Staffing. The staffing agency is looking to fill several manufacturing positions including welders and fabricators in Cookeville, Sparta and Carthage. The positions pay up to $12 an hour.
The Goodwill Career Solutions center is located at 565-C S. Jefferson Ave., Cookeville. Representatives from these companies will be on site and interviews are possible, so dress accordingly. Job candidates are also encouraged to bring resumes, photo ID, Social Security card or birth certificate.
